이 책은 국내 최초 초고층 목조건축물인 산림복지종합교육센터의 건립과정을 담았다. 설계부터 시공까지, 하이브리드 목조건축물(목조+콘크리트조)을 실현하기 위한 과정 속에서 생긴 문제점들과 해결방법 등 향후 목조건축물 건조에 있어 도움이 될 자료들이 포함되어 있다.
